Meditation and Stress Release

Our Meditation and Stress Release class, led by Una, combines gentle yoga movements with mindfulness. You will be transported to a place of deep ease and wellbeing as you experience a release of stress throughout your body.

Some members prefer a tank top and leggings but anything is fine really, so long as you are comfortable.
