Our mat-based Pilates classes focus on improving flexibility, core strength (back and abdominals), posture, muscular endurance and correct muscle balance. Designed for beginners to intermediates, these classes combine awareness of the body and correct breathing with exercises to achieve slimmer, longer and stronger muscles without building bulk.
