HIIT Circuit

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a high-tempo workout consisting of exercises that alternate between short periods of intense or explosive anaerobic exercise and brief recovery periods. A pumping playlist and energetic instructor will welcome you to every class, and you’ll feel an adrenaline rush to aid you through the variety of exercises in class.
