Barre
Barre blends the best parts of dance, Pilates, Yoga and functional exercises into a full-body workout that aims to create long, lean muscles, just like a dancer. The sessions, designed around our custom-made barres, are not like your normal Barre class. We’ve mixed in a variety of functional exercises like curtsey lunges and squat pulses for a higher intensity workout that will burn more calories and improve your overall fitness.
