Nutritional Support

Wellbeing often starts with nutrition. At Habit Health we have dietitians who can tailor a package for you to improve your eating habits. A good relationship with food is often a great place to start working on your overall health.

How can a dietitian help?

Our dietitians can help you identify changes you can make that will benefit your energy levels, help manage stress, and elevate your cardiovascular fitness and help manage specific health conditions.

Dietitians are qualified health professionals with the ability to provide personalised dietary advice and treatment for medical conditions, beyond the general advice of nutritionists in New Zealand.

Why might I need to see a dietitian?

  • Weight management (including unexplained weight loss, weight gain)
  • Digestive issues (including irritable bowel syndrome, Coeliac disease, Crohn’s disease, Ulcerative Colitis)
  • Medical conditions (including high blood pressure or high cholesterol)
  • Type 2 diabetes
  • Vegetarian or vegan diet
  • Fertility and pregnancy nutrition
  • Sports nutrition

We can help you take a leap forward with wellbeing. We are here to assist you in tracking your progress and setting some short-term goals that will add up to great long-term results.

CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet

Build healthier habits that actually last.

Habit Health is partnering with Digital Wellness to bring you the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet. Developed by Australia’s national science agency, CSIRO, the programme is designed to support sustainable weight loss and long-term healthy habits.

This isn’t a quick fix or a restrictive fad. It’s a practical, evidence-based approach built on decades of research into nutrition and behaviour change. The focus is simple: help you understand what balanced eating looks like, build habits that stick, and feel more in control of your health.

The focus is on a structured food group system rather than calorie counting to guide healthy eating and weight loss. This approach helps members achieve the right balance of nutrients from whole foods, while naturally managing energy intake.

The programme is fully online, flexible, and designed to fit into real life, whether you’re juggling work, parenting, training, or just wanting to prioritise your wellbeing.

You’ll get:

  • Personalised weight-loss and healthy eating plan
  • The My Journey AI-powered guide
  • Access to the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet companion app
