Integrated Rehabilitation Assessment
Integrated Rehabilitation Assessments are generally carried out in the client’s own home mainly by an occupational therapists with more than two years’ experience. They assess the clients injury related support and rehabilitation needs and present options to the referrer that will contribute towards improved functional outcomes. Education, advice and strategies are provided to the client, and equipment arranged to maximise independence and safety with activities of daily living.
