Resolve - Early Intervention Programme
Prevention is always better than cure, which is why Habit Rehabilitation employs a team of physical and vocational support staff to assist clients in managing their pain and discomfort before it becomes so bad, that they need to take time off work.
The Resolve early intervention plan assists employees in remaining at work and avoiding pain which often originates from repetitive movements throughout the day.
How does it work?
Management will need to fill out a simple booking form. Once that has been completed and sent, a staff member from Habit Rehabilitation will be in contact to arrange an appointment with the staff members and organise an assessment with a physiotherapist.
Both the staff member and management will be kept up to date with the full process and a written report will be provided to give the employee a plan to rehabilitate and avoid future pain. In most cases, only one to three sessions are needed, however this will be on a case by case basis.

Habit Rehabilitation will provide a case manager to ensure that everything runs smoothly, this includes liaising with the company, the client and ACC or any affiliated insurance company.
