TriggerPoint: MCT (Myofascial Compression Technique) classes are the first of their kind. The sessions are designed to release soft tissue and muscles by using the most up-to-date equipment. During the class you will be guided through fourteen specialised releases, each designed to break down muscle tension, all the while improving your mobility, not only in the targeted area but throughout your body. 

Frequency: TriggerPoint: MCT is designed to be a regular part of your exercise programming, whether these are done at home or in the gym you should be aiming to perform your specific releases no less than 3 times a week.
