A wide range of support to help you

Our team of qualified professionals provide support for a range of issues, including:

Anxiety

Counselling can help you to develop coping strategies, manage symptoms, and understand the underlying causes of your anxiety. Our team use a range of techniques including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) or talk therapy. Which can be particularly effective in changing negative thought patterns and behaviours.

Relationships

Our relationships with others are often the source of great joy, but sometimes they cause us stress and sadness. Counselling can provide guidance on communication skills, conflict resolution, and advice on how to build healthy, supportive relationships.

Stress

Stress management is another key area where counselling provides tangible benefits. By teaching relaxation techniques, time management skills, and promoting a healthy work-life balance, counselling can reduce the impact of stress and improve overall well-being.

Grief

Grief counselling can help you with navigating the complex emotions associated with loss, providing tools to process grief and find a path to healing. This support is particularly important for younger people who may be experiencing the loss of loved ones for the first time or dealing with significant life changes.

Health Coaching

Health coaching sessions provide support for maintaining good health and fitness habits. Whether you need support with nutrition, fitness, fatigue, or help to quit smoking we can help through our health coaching modules. These sessions are individually tailored and include an educational component to support a wider understanding of fitness benefits.
