First 12 months
  • Formally structured supervision meetings with additional on-the-go mentorship
  • Exposure to clinical excellence strategies in core services
  • Case presentation and in-service sessions with your cohort and experienced clinicians
  • Exposure to different clinical services contracts where possible
  • Potential rotations (region-specific) to ensure exposure to a diverse caseload of clients
Ongoing development

  • A professional development plan, paid courses and study days plan to compliment the internal programme.

Māori and Pasifika Scholarship Programme

This is now closed for 2023 – come back in April 2024!

The Maori and Pasifika Scholarship Programme is designed to build upon the representation of Māori and Pasifika to effectively enable diversification of healthcare delivery.


It is available for students of Maori and Pasifika descent studying one of our listed healthcare disciplines. This scholarship is only open to citizens and permanent residents of New Zealand.
