How your first year unfolds

Week 1

Shadow, observe & get oriented

Your first week is all about absorbing the environment. Shadow your supervisor, meet the team, and complete induction covering company values, privacy, health & safety, Gensolve, and admin systems. No client pressure — just learning the lay of the land.

Months 0–3

Clients in, extended time, rapid growth

Appropriate clients get booked in with extended appointment windows — 40 mins for initials, 30 for follow-ups. Focus lands on musculoskeletal therapy, vocational rehab, goal setting, and action plans. Clinical reviews are scheduled regularly so you can debrief and refine.

Months 3–6

More services, standard pace

Your caseload broadens to include preferred provider clients and the Pain Management Service. Appointment times shift to standard 30-minute initials. You'll start working towards KPIs, with the expectation of meeting them at the 6-month mark.

Months 6–12

Full clinician, your area of interest

With KPIs met and confidence built, ongoing training shifts to regional and national in-service sessions aligned with your clinical interests. You'll contribute actively to MDT discussions and take ownership of your professional development direction.

Our culture

High performance looks different here — it's about lifting those
around you just as much as excelling yourself

  • We treat every graduate as an individual and allow you to learn at your own pace
  • Mentoring and regular feedback will give you the safety to learn and grow in a hands-on environment
  • Success is measured by the difference you make to clients, to your team, and to the quality of care we deliver together.
  • As your confidence grows, so do your opportunities - deepening your expertise and finding the areas of practice that excite you most.

How we look after you

We take care of our people - so they can take care of others. We regularly review our benefits to make sure they reflect
what our people value most.
