Vocational Rehabilitation Services

• Stay at Work (SAW) - Support for ACC clients who are off work and need help to rehabilitate back to their pre-injury job. Predominantly involves an OT or Physiotherapist going to a workplace to discuss with the client's employer return-to-work options. The service coordinates the return to work alongside the client’s GP, treating Physiotherapist, and Specialist.
• Back to Work (BTW) - Support for clients who are unable to return to the pre-injury role. Involves identification of transferable skills and also increasing skill development, ready for placement back into work. This can include CV development, online job search, interview skills, computer training, licenses, and industry training such as sales and service courses.
• Job Search Services (JSS) - Available for clients after vocational independence assessments to assist with active job search.
