We want to make sure that you, your whanau and your whole community has safe and convenient access to healthcare. As a healthcare provider, Habit Health is dedicated to ensuring our communities receive the best care possible. Please read on to learn about some of the changes you can expect to see from us to meet this commitment.
How we're keeping you safe from COVID-19
We are responsible for ensuring that clients are not exposed to hazards while in our care. Vaccination is the best way to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and protect those most vulnerable within our communities. The entire team at Habit Health is fully-vaccinated, in line with the government mandate. This includes all our community providers, clinical team and non-clinical support teams.
When you make an appointment or visit one of our locations, we will ask about your vaccination status to provide the appropriate care and treatment. We have taken steps to make sure that everyone receives optimal care.
Suppose you are yet to receive both doses of the vaccine or do not wish to share your vaccination status with us. In that case, we will still support you with additional appointment options and safety measures designed to minimise further risk to you or our team.
