Continuing your journey to better health during the COVID-19 outbreak. 

Our health, fitness and nursing teams are steadfast in their commitment to partnering with you on your journey to better health. Remember, while you are unable to visit us in-person, you can still speak with a member of our health and fitness team online or over the phone. 

Level 4 – Many services are available online 

Many of our fitness, rehabilitation, occupational and workplace health services are still accessible online and over the phone during Level 4. 

Level 3 – Many services are available online 

Many of our fitness, rehabilitation, occupational and workplace health services are still accessible online and over the phone during Level 3. 

Some face-to-face services for workplace health are available to essential workers during Level 3.  

Occupational health services available during Level 3 

Drug-testing is available for essential skills workers if it is part of a pre-employment or post-incident assessment. Vaccinations for influenza is also available for essential workers.

Level 3 Guidelines 

Please follow the guidelines below to keep our health nurses safe and reduce the risk that you may unknowingly spread COVID-19 to others. 

  • Scan in with barcode or sign-in on register. 
  • Wear a mask at all times. 
  • Maintain 2-metres distance. 
  • Wash your hands often, with soap. 

If you have an appointment scheduled during Level 3 or 4, we will reach out to you to move it online or over the phone. 

Our fitness clubs will be closed until we move back to Level 2.
